Service Description

The Total Package is a deluxe package that is perfect for the person ready to dive right in to a fully comprehensive health and wellness program. It contains eight intensive coaching sessions, a customized nutrition and exercise program, and an array of helpful tools, and special bonuses to finish it off. Each program is based off holistic and integrative health coaching principles. The Total Package is designed to be completed within 8-16 weeks.
