The Overhaul is an elite package and considered a complete restructuring and rebuilding program. This is perfect for the person who may not know where to start and feels in need of an overhaul, or lifestyle makeover. This program is about transforming behaviors, and relationships with nutrition and exercise. This package contains twelve intensive coaching sessions, a customized nutrition and exercise program, numerous bonuses, special gifts and essential tools to help you on your journey. Each program is based off holistic and integrative health coaching principles. The Overhaul is designed to be completed within 12-24 weeks.
